At Station House
At Behind the Curtain (BTC) CIC, we offer wellness-focused team building sessions designed to foster collaboration, improve well-being, and strengthen bonds within your team. Set in the tranquil surroundings of Station House and held in our unique Emperor Tent in the Orchard, these sessions are tailored to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and effective teamwork.
What to Expect

Wellness Practices: Our sessions include a variety of wellness techniques that will help your team unwind and connect. These practices are designed to enhance focus, reduce stress, and promote overall well being.

Grounding Exercises: We will guide your team through grounding activities that help bring attention back to the present moment, improving clarity and boosting emotional resilience.

Meditation: Through guided meditation, your team will learn to create space for calm, encouraging relaxation and mental focus, improving productivity and emotional balance.

Breathwork: Learn simple, effective breathwork techniques that can help reduce stress and enhance focus, leading to improved decision-making and team performance.
Session Options
Option 1
Half-Day Sessions (4 hours): Ideal for a quick but impactful team-building experience, focusing on relaxation, mindfulness, and connection.
Option 2
Full-Day Sessions (8 hours): A deeper, more immersive experience that combines wellness practices, team-building activities, and reflection, giving your team the opportunity to bond and grow together in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
